Notely App is a notes application published on the Google Play Store. You can request support for:

• Signing in with a Google account
• Creating, editing, and deleting notes
• Sync or save issues
• Crashes or performance problems
• Account and data deletion requests

Google sign-in is not working

Check your internet connection, close and reopen the app, then try signing in with your Google account again. If the issue continues, include the email address of the account you are using in your support email.

My notes are not showing

Make sure you are signed in with the correct Google account. Update the app and restart it. If notes still do not appear, share your device and app version.

The app is crashing

Update the app, restart your device, and try again. If the crash continues, include your device model, operating system, and a description of when the crash happens.

Notes and content created in Notely App belong to the user.

If you want your account or data deleted, email rabianurtunen0@gmail.com and include the Google account email you use in the app. After identity verification, the request will be processed as soon as possible.
